Preamble

Mygale processes personal data concerning you (hereinafter ‘Personal Data’) in connection with the use of this website (hereinafter ‘Site’).
As the data manager, we respect your private life and we protect the Personal Data of those who use our Site.
This current policy has the aim of informing you how your Personal Data is collected, processed and used and your rights in terms of the protection of Personal Data, with regard to the applicable legal acts, notably Law 78-17 of 6th January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, called ‘Information technology and freedoms’, in its most recent version, and the RGPD or Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (General Regulations on the Protection of Data), which has been in force since 25th May 2018.

Scope of the current Privacy Policy for the protection of Personal Data

Data management

In accordance with Article 28 of the RGPD, this provider is bound by a strict confidentiality clause which forbids all non-agreed usage of the data they hold and which requires them to carry out technical and organisational measures to satisfy the requirements in the protection of Personal Data.

Security and confidentiality of Personal Data

We consider your Personal Data to be confidential. We endeavour to take reasonable technical measures to prevent possible loss or misappropriation regarding the collection or storage of the data that you have provided us with, and to prevent any communication to unauthorised third-parties.

We process your data, wholly or partially, in order to:

Data is transmitted by a Site user, in order to ask a question, make a comment or indicate an issue. The information gathered from this form is transmitted to the service responsible for managing comments on the Site at Mygale. The maximum time period for the storage of your Personal Data is 3 years.

Your rights

In accordance with the applicable laws in terms of protection of Personal Data, in particularly, you have the right to access, rectify or remove data concerning you and the right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data which we hold in a structured electronic format (portability).
You also have the right of opposition for legitimate purposes regarding the processing of your Personal Data and the right of opposition to your Data being used mainly for commercial purposes.
