DESIGN OFFICE:

Our Research and Development team is made of :

  • An R&D Manager
  • 1 engineer-in-chief, specialist in aerodynamics
  • 4 engineers
  • 5 computers equiped with full versions of Catia 3D design software
  • SIM DESIGNER, a simulation software

MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT :

  • A Production manager
  • A Quality inspector
  • A machining shop equiped with 5 CNC machines (2 lathes and 3 mills including one 5 axis milling) and 1 traditional lathe
  • 1 welding workshop (5 MIG/TIG welding station for steel and aluminium)
  • 1 composite workshop for glass and carbon pre-peg and wet (vacuum machine, curing oven…)
  • 1 car assembly workshop (including 1 machine to engrave the parts)
  • A spare parts store (worldwide distribution)
  • 1 purchase office
